I’ve had an accident, what do I do?

Come into our office and one of our friendly staff will help you through the process. Most insurance companies have different procedures, but our staff have extensive knowledge that will make the process stress free for you.

I’ve made a claim, what do I do next?

We can help you with car accident insurance claims. When you make your claim, advise your insurance company that you would like to have your repairs done at Carisbrook Collision Repair Centre. Next, bring your vehicle into us so that a quote can be prepared for you, while you wait. Once the quote is complete, the office staff can contact your insurance company and handle the rest for you.

Is Carisbrook Collision Repair Centre approved by any governing bodies?

Yes. As well as being approved by all insurance companies, Carisbrook Collision Repair Centre is approved by the RAA and MTA. We have also been green stamped approved; environmentally friendly processes are important to us.

How long will the repairs take? 

It all depends how big the job is but we aim to have most crash repairs fixed within 1 week. We can provide hire vehicles for our customers, to ensure they are able to go about their day-to-day routine. Parts availability also plays a big role in turn around time. We have built positive working relationships with our suppliers and they do a great job on sourcing parts for us.

Who do I pay my insurance excess to?

Excess payments are collected by the repairer, on behalf of your insurance company. If the excess applies it will need to be paid prior to or upon collection of your vehicle.
